Your contract is with Ropeway Tour & Travels. A contract exists between us when we have received your confirmation letter that you have read all of our terms and conditions very carefully and agreed with it.
Upon confirmation of booking of your tour, you have to deposit 35% of our tour cost in our bank account. Remember that it’s not refundable if you cancel the entire tour for any reason.
You have to complete of your payment in between the entire tour.
Method of payment
Prices are valid for payment by Credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques are accepted but take up to 4 business days to clear, you agree that
you’ll not seek to charge back your payment to Ropeway Tour & Travels. Electronic payments may take up 2 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you’ll need to pay at least 2 business days prior to the actual due date. Please provide us with the bank confirmation number of the electronic payment made for faster reconciliation at our end. You must notify your consultant of payment once it has been made.
Health and travel insurance
Client must ensure that the client is aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that the client carries all necessary documents related to the tour.
In all circumstances and at all times it is the responsibility of the client to take care of their baggage and personal effects and Ropeway Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any loss of baggage or personal effects of the client by airline, coach.
You have to carry all of your documents related to the tour & travel and it is your responsibility to take care of those documents.
This company does not own or control hotels, coach, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of package tour therefore we cannot be held liable.
